Your information
such as contact person name, company email and company phone number is only stored with us so that we can perform our work on your behalf and maintain communication with you.

As part of the
assignment, data processing may occur, for example when mail merging. This information will be stored with us for 14 days after dispatch of finished products, after which it will be deleted from our system. As a rule, no personal data of a particularly sensitive nature, such as social security numbers, private addresses or similar, is stored in our systems.

You can always
access, block or have your information deleted by writing to us at e-mail: info@brandsurface.dk.

All data is stored
exclusively at the company’s address, which is locked for a fixed period and located on the 5th floor. Outside of normal working hours, the elevator and staircases to separate floors are additionally locked and can only be accessed via a personally identifiable key fob.

Our network
(both wired and wireless) is closed and does not allow access to anyone other than our employees at the company address.
